Happy Fall, Diggers!

Come on out to First Congregational to do some good grounds grooming on Saturday morning, October 3, starting at about 9 a.m. It should be beautiful for it. You are needed. It makes such a difference.

Tom says: “Pretty routine stuff, I’m thinking. Nice moist soil to facilitate weeding, and perhaps the start of leaf raking in parking areas. Still too early to prune or plant.” And from Jim: “Yep, weeding and raking.”

So gather up your favorite tools, gloves, and sun protection. A bucket and broom, always a good idea. Water bottle. Extra tools will be on hand. Come spend a couple or three hours, whatever you can, together in this important service to keep our church home tidy and welcoming.
