This is the 24th year(!) FCC is supporting the sale of fresh, hand-tied Christmas wreaths made by the women of Mujeres Luchadores Progresistas (MLP), a Woodburn-based women’s cooperative. This wreath project provides needed income for farm worker families during the winter months and creates opportunities for the women to gain financial management and leadership skills. The wreaths are beautiful, fresh and fragrant, made of noble fir with accents of holly sprigs, and pine cones. They are 24-26 inches in diameter and cost $40.

If you would like to order a wreath, please bring a check for $40 made out to “MLP” or cash to the church lobby before or after services on November 6, 13, 20 or 27 (or drop off at the church office during office hours). The order will be placed on Monday, November 28, so checks or cash must be into the office by that Monday morning.

Wreaths will be available for pick up at the lower church parking lot on Sunday, December 4th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
