On our big Celebration Sunday, September 13, ’Ohana Youth and their families are invited to a full schedule of events. First, at 9 a.m. is an Intergenerational fun-filled gathering in the Wheeler Room, followed by worship at 10 a.m. After worship is our annual BBQ cookout and playtime, complete with a 19-foot water slide and other games on the south lawn of the church.

The first official ’Ohana gathering will be a joint middle/high school youth group hike at Spencer Butte from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, September 19. Families are welcome to join us as we enjoy creation together and share our hopes for the school year during the sunset.

Youth Group meeting times this fall, unless otherwise noted, will be:
High School Youth Group: Saturdays from 4 – 6 p.m.
Middle School Youth Group: Sundays from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

On Sunday, October 4, youth are invited to participate in World Communion Sunday, also known as Tasajera Sunday. After worship, join us for a reception and fundraiser, followed by a piñata for our children and youth at 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel.
