January is often a time when we sift through memories of the year before and look forward with hope and promise to the coming year. As I look back at life at FCC in 2023, I am filled with gratitude. I am so thankful for each and every one of you who gave a gift of time, talent, and treasure. We have a challenging and exciting year ahead of us. The spirit will be moving among us to encourage and guide us as we discern our path forward.

A huge thank you to all who have pledged your financial support for 2024. We understand you have many giving choices so we are very grateful for your gift to our church. If you have not had a chance to turn in your pledge, I urge you to do so as soon as possible. We need everyone’s help if we are to maintain all the programs and ministries that are near and dear to us.

The Finance Committee is working hard to create a realistic and sustainable budget; a task made more difficult if we do not have an accurate expectation of the pledged income. If you have any hesitation or questions prior to submitting your pledge, please talk to Pastor JT or Dan Close, the Board Moderator.

Thank you again for making 2023 a great year at FCC and sharing your gifts as we head into 2024.

Together in service,
Jean Stover and FCC Stewardship Team
