Men’s Bible Study
Every Wednesday, 7 a.m. – 8 a.m.
Join the group to learn something about the Bible and your faith while making some new friends. You don’t need knowledge about the Bible or even a clear understanding of your own faith. Just come and experience the warmth, the insights, and the care that is the MBS.
Yoga with a Chair
Yoga is not meant for experts; it is meant for human beings. You are invited to join us ~ no experience necessary on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.

Cari Lyn Stanton, ERYT-200, a member of the UCC and a life-long student of yoga and meditation. Her passion for the study of yoga and meditation began as a young child. Her teaching style has been influenced greatly by the many gifted and talented teachers she has studied with over the course of her lifetime.

Please know that you are ALWAYS welcome to join these free classes. If you are able, you may offer a love donation directly to First Congregational Church’s Good Samaritan Fund with the below link. These funds are used to provide assistance to those experiencing food shortage, housing issues, medical expenses, etc. In the comments section of the payment screen, please type YOGA.
Body Awareness Class
Join FCC member, Robin Detmer for her Mind/Body Fusion Classes for occasional classes to experience how to be more fully present through the gifts of gentle strengthening, core alignment, spirit mindfulness, and deep relaxation. A yoga mat and a strap for stretching is a good idea.
The centering, the breathing, the strengthening, the lengthening, the spending one hour of the day to JUST BE.

Our College Student & Young Adult Seekers Group has been a welcome point of light in our recent times. I encourage all of our college students, young adults and their peers, colleagues and friends to join us. We meet every other Thursday from 7 – 8 p.m., PST. We have individuals in this group from Vermont to Washington, so please join us, regardless of your location or your journey in life – ALL ARE WELCOME!
