In October, FCC hosts a couple of our traditional intergenerational events to celebrate the season of autumn.

An outing to Johnson Family Farm’s Pumpkin Patch on Sunday, Oct.18 from 12:30-2:30 p.m. is always a hoot! We’ll enjoy Walt’s Wild Wagon ride together with the chance to toss mini-pumpkins at targets along the way. At the end of the ride are pumpkin slingshots and a corn maze. You’re also welcome to do your family pumpkin picking and enjoy some cider and friendship outside. Please contact Sybil Donley with your RSVP so we can save your spot on the wagon. Our Harvest Festival is on Sunday, Oct. 25, 5-7 p.m. We’ll have pizza, music and all the pumpkin carving tools. Bring your pumpkin and leave the mess at church (and not at your house). All ages are welcome and costumes are encouraged!
