Our Practice

You are invited to join us, no experience necessary. Please join the Zoom waiting room 5-10 minutes early to greet one another. For privacy of all participants your video and audio will be turned off during class. Classes begin seated and end with a short guided meditation.

Our Community

We are a group of yoga practitioners creating meaningful moments of community as we practice together and apart. All are Welcome.

Cari Lyn Stanton, ERYT-200, a member of the UCC and a life-long student of yoga and meditation. Her passion for the study of yoga and meditation began as a young child. Her teaching style has been influenced greatly by the many gifted and talented teachers she has studied with over the course of her lifetime.
