
If you are experiencing a cognitive change in yourself or a loved one and want to understand more, sign up for what several members of our congregation have experienced as one of the best resources out there to understand and effectively respond to memory loss.
It is a 10-week class titled “Living with Memory Loss.” The series, initiated over two decades ago by Liz Von Wellsheim, owner of Elder Health and Living in Springfield, is offered three times a year and offered only in Lane County. The series has been offered in FCC’s Wheeler Room since the fall of 2025.
The upcoming fall session begins September 8, 2026. Classes are held once a week on Tuesday mornings from 9 – 11 a.m. Cost for the 10 week course is $125; scholarships are available.
